ACCES Partners
Get to know all the structures involved in the ACCES project.
Within the ACCES project, there are six partners from six European countries: four public and private schools and two youth civic education associations. Thus we find at all stages of the project teachers, students, youth professionals… The diversity of the partners is an asset for the ACCES project. The mix of all these perspectives makes possible the creation of innovative educational resources.
France - PEJ France

The experience of EYP-France for more than 30 years in the field of education and citizenship in its European dimension has been recognized by the public authorities with the delivery of the approval “Educational association complementary to public education” by the French Ministry of National Education.
The members of EYP-France have experience and will have a significant contribution in :
– the non-formal education of high school students oriented towards active European citizenship and participation in civic debate;
– the possibilities offered to high school students to experience the plurality of cultures and opinions and to express their views on themes crucial to their future and that of Europe;
– the organization of activities conducive to personal and professional development, in particular by encouraging a spirit of initiative, entrepreneurial skills and involvement in associations and citizens commitment to associations and citizenship;
– the transmission of knowledge and training.
Portugal - ECOS

ECOS
ECOS – Cooperativa de Educação Cooperação e Desenvolvimento, CRL, main goal of action is the promotion of non-formal education for social inclusion and cohesion.
Our activities aim to contribute for the development of a more human, sustainable, fair, inclusive, participative, democratic, equitable, solidarity, cooperative, dialogical, diverse and integrated society.
Our main areas of intervention are :
– Creation of spaces for structured dialogue, cooperation and collective construction among different actors, such as educative, social, private and institutional actors.
– Promotion, design, implementation and evaluation of educational, social, cultural and sustainable development projects, within formal and non-formal spaces, using non-formal education, always in a way that it complements formal education and contributes to life-long learning.
– Monitoring, support, assessment and consultancy to individuals, organizations, institutions and respective educational programmers and social intervention projects.
– Promotion, recognition and validation of non-formal education and other alternative pedagogical methodologies that contribute for social transformation.
Spain - Sagrada Familia FESD

Sagrada Familia Fundación Educativa Santo Domingo
Sagrada Familia Fundación Educativa Santo Domingo (Aranjuez – Espagne) is a semi public school located Aranjue next to Madrid.
The school gather 750 pupils aged from 6 to 16-17 years old , among them 250 pupils aged from 14 to 17 years old. This semi public school is based on a payment system based on voluntary bases which allow the school to host any student from any family regardless of they social and economical situation. We have a strong relationship with the parents. They are integrated in our everydaylife among the several councils. We also involve them in order to organise host families for students coming from other cities and countries. The host families are also involved in order to host international highschool students during the mobility exchanges.
Our belong to the Spanish Educationnal Foundation « FESD » composed by 30 schools in Spain. It allows us to organize pedagogical activities together in order to foster meeting new people and new goals.
Romania - János Zsigmond Unitarian High School

The Unitarian high school has more than 800 pupils coming from all parts of Transylvania regardless of confession or background. Its foundation is closely connected to the establishment of the Transylvanian Principality and the Reformation. In 1556 and then in 1557 the nobility asked Isabella – who was governing Transylvania as a ward of her infant son, John Sigismund – to establish schools in the abandoned monasteries. We are the oldest surviving institution of education in Kolozsvár and has been the stronghold of Unitarianism for over four centuries. As for many centuries, our school provide opportunities for every student keen on learning,regardless of confession or background.
Among others our purpose is to be appreciated by pupils, parents and members of our society for providing effective activities inside and outside of our school, for our results and for being tolerant and open and for promoting democratic European values. We put great accent on living a human life, accepting each other`s beliefs, differences and tolerate one another. Religious variety manifests itself at classroom level but we are open towards other religious groups as well and invite them to our events.
Our school is really interested into giving opportunities to students to discover themselves as european citizens by meeting other your europeans , travelling and discovering new cultures. We have many partnership with other schools in order to open teachers and students’ mind to Europe and intercultural exchanges :
– As a member of the European School Network, we have relations with 25 schools accross Europe.
– We also have relationship with other schools beyond this network. we are taking part in twinsystem with highschools in Hungary, Finland, and many more minority schools in Transylvania.
– We also have many exchanges with Romanian schools
Turkey - Istek Belde High School

The semi-public Istek Belde high school located in Instanbul welcomes every year about 300 students aged from 14 to 18 years old. The school is located in a campus of 5 schools in Instanbul.
The school specializes in art education and offers courses related to fine arts as well as general subjects. The school encourages the multilingual expression of students expression of the students through various means including art and has integrated into its curriculum modules taught in English allowing students to approach the language in different means of expression.
As part of the English curriculum, the school conducts events that allow students to take an interest in current events and to express themselves. These activities are organized throughout These activities are organized throughout the year and a group of students participates each year in an event in another country. The school is also a member of the European School Network, which allows it to involve its students in international exchanges.
The school is part of a network of 10 high schools that participate in various activities for teachers and students:

Finland - Valkeakoski Upper Secondary School

Valkeakoski Upper Secondary School
Valkeakosken Tietotien lukio, Valkeakoski Upper Secondary School is located in the town of Valkeakoski. The school gather about 400 pupils, aged from 15 to 18 year’s old.
Our school offers a wide general education to the students from both Valkeakoski and other towns of Pirkanmaa Region. Our relatively small size creates an atmosphere of security and nurturing. Our teaching staff is fully competent and excels in using the school’s modern facilities. Our school follow the national curriculum for upper secondary school and are currently working on a new curriculum due 2021. Since the school is located in Valkeakoski Campus, where Valkeakoski Tietotie Secondary School, Valkeakoski Vocational College and HAMK University of Applied Sciences form a large, cohesive Campus area.

Our aim is to foster intercultural understanding and open-mindedness Valkeakosken Tietotien lukio is a member of European School Network (ESN) through which the students can participate in different activities and exchanges orginised by other ESN schools. The students in Valkeakosken Tietotie Upper Secondary School have been actively participating in different ESN activities, ESN currently involves over 20 schools from 11 European countries, as well as taking part in Erasmus Mobility, and joining school trips abroad.
